As a fitness instructor I teach in my home, at a nearby park, as well as around Montreal. As a personal trainer, my method is to first get to know you. I do a client intake session where I learn more about your body and your goals. Then I will build you a customized exercise plan and we'll see how it works for you. I'll review and update the plan as you progress, and create meal plans if desired.

Diet consult and plan $150 - 1 hour
Meal planning $100 - 1 month of meals and shopping lists

Fitness Classes
50-minute Private Pilates class | $110
Group fitness sessions (up to 10 people) | $35/person
